"Exceptional Support from the Team"
My order showed up quickly and the stencil I got was fantastic. There was a little hiccup with the packaging that caused some hassle. I snapped some pics and let customer service know, just to help them dodge that issue in the future. I didn’t request any reimbursement. Alison went ahead and credited me a nice chunk of the order and expressed her gratitude for pointing out the issue. Now that’s what I call top-notch customer care!

I've gotten stencils from Stencil Ease a couple of times in the last two months. One set was just text in my preferred size and font, while the other was a custom design I sent over as a jpeg, and I was in a bit of a rush. I was really happy with both purchases. The quality of the products and the ordering process were both top-notch. Communication was solid for each order...I’d totally recommend this company.

"Awesome craftsmanship"
Awesome craftsmanship, both in the fabric and the design. I got two just to be safe, but honestly, one would hold up just fine even with regular wear and tear. The stickiness is a tad weak if you're planning to apply it on a curved area (like my bike frame), so you'll need to come up with some tricks to keep the smaller sections of the stencil in place while painting.

"Misleading Measurements - Not What I Expected"
This is just awful! They claim it's 18 by 22 inches, but the actual cutout is just 14 by 14. Then they have the nerve to say that the 18 by 22 refers to the overall sheet size. Like, who cares about that when all I need is the cutout of the state? I requested a replacement with the correct cutout size, but they told me they can't do that and offered a refund instead. Still waiting on that refund, by the way. I won't be using this company again and definitely wouldn't recommend it unless you’re looking to throw your money away.
